Lead the delivery of fund accounting services for a portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate
Act as primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and managing
Oversee preparation and review of NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, financial
Ensure client reporting, statutory filings, and regulatory obligations are completed accurately and
Manage relationships with auditors, administrators, service providers, and other stakeholders
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance

ACCA or ACA qualified
Postgraduate qualification is desirable
Experience within financial services, accounting, or audit environments
10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
Proven expertise in Private Equity and Real Estate fund structures, financial reporting, waterfall
Strong systems knowledge including eFront, PAXUS, advanced Excel; Value Financials is desirable
