📋 Description

• Lead asset quality and loan salability across secured lending channels.
• Own first-line model oversight for secured lending models and monitoring.
• Build methodology, cadence, governance, and reporting with partners.
• Translate findings into remediation plans and issue tracking.

• Ensure portfolio stays within risk appetite and exam readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in financial services risk management or related field.
• Experience with loan salability, investor delivery, or repurchase risk.
• Monitor portfolio performance across origination channels.
• First-line model oversight and production monitoring.
• Lead analysts and cross-functional risk programs.
• Knowledge of auto lending channels and fair lending concerns.
• Risk/compliance certification (CRCM, FRM, or equivalent).
