Senior Manager / Associate Director, Project & Portfolio Management

📋 Description

• Develop and execute integrated project plans across R&D and data
• Partner with leaders to define rightsized strategy and timelines
• Improve project management tools and methodologies across the portfolio
• Hybrid role: onsite in SSF or remote with travel
• Lead cross-functional matrix teams; manage scope, deliverables, risks, resources

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in life science; MS or PhD preferred
• 5+ yrs biotech/pharma early development; 2+ yrs leading cross-functional PM teams
• Extensive knowledge of drug development processes and translational stages
• Strong PM skills with critical path analysis; PMP or equivalent preferred
• Ability to summarize complex information for senior leadership
• Experience leading matrix team meetings and cross-functional collaboration
