Senior Manager (Audit Analytics, Automation & Innovation)

📋 Description

• Lead Internal Audit’s data analytics, automation, and tech-innovation initiatives and roadmap.
• Design, build, and maintain SQL-based models for audits (population testing, anomaly detection, trends).
• Analyze data to deliver analytics, automation, and reporting to improve audit planning and execution.
• Embed analytics into audit methodology: risk assessment, planning, scoping, fieldwork, reporting.
• Drive automation to streamline audit procedures and reduce manual work.
• Provide data-driven evidence and quantitative analysis to support audit conclusions with full-population analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in data analytics, with at least 2 years in audit/risk/compliance.
• SQL proficiency; Python/R for analytics; COSO/IIA familiarity; blockchain analytics a plus.
• Dashboards/visualisations experience; data warehouse knowledge (Hive, StarRocks, Spark).
• Strong communication; Chinese & English; CIA/CISA or data analytics certs a plus.
• COSO/IIA familiarity; willingness to learn if coming from a pure data background.
