Senior Manager, Benefits (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of 3 Benefits pros; coach for growth and accountability
• Own day-to-day admin of self-funded benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k))
• Manage benefit carriers/broker relationships and resolve coverage issues
• Lead annual evaluation of offerings; benchmarking for US and international sites
• Oversee leave-of-absence administration and COBRA/leave premiums
• Plan open enrollment and benefits events; ensure smooth employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
• 8+ years in benefits administration; ownership of health, retirement, leave
• 4+ years people management with a track record of developing others
• Hands-on HRIS/benefits platform experience (Workday, UKG or similar)
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA and state leave laws
• Strong communicator; able to translate complex plan details
