Senior Manager, Bioanalysis

📋 Description

• Coordinate China bioanalysis strategy with global team for clinical development in China.
• Oversee CROs for sample analysis, data transfer, and reporting to ensure timelines.
• Lead method transfer and validation for protein therapeutics and small molecules in biological
• Ensure GLP/GCP compliance and interface with cross-functional teams on local biosample activities.
• Review China-specific documents (e.g., HGRAC submissions) and support sample export justification.
• Provide expert bioanalytical guidance to internal/external stakeholders and participate in project

🎯 Requirements

• Master degree or above in a scientific field.
• At least 2 years as principal investigator at regulated bioanalysis labs or sponsor representative.
• Deep knowledge of protein bioanalysis, immunogenicity assays, and analytical method
• Experience with China CROs and familiarity with China regulatory environment (GxP, regulatory
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of GLP/GCP principles.
• Experience with biosample export/import and cross-functional coordination.
