Senior Manager, Brand, Social, & Creators

📋 Description

• Execute the EU social and creator content calendar across platforms.
• Manage creator/influencer relationships across Europe.
• Support brand campaigns across owned channels; maintain tone and visuals.
• Create brand-led social content for evergreen and real-time moments.
• Oversee day-to-day work of juniors/freelancers to meet deadlines.
• Partner with brand, legal, compliance, and regional teams to stay on-brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in brand, social, or creator marketing; crypto/fintech is a plus.
• Familiar with European social/creator landscape and EU markets.
• Experience hosting Livestreams and onground community events.
• Hands-on with creator/influencer outreach, contracting, and reporting.
• Experience building brand presence across X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, LinkedIn.
• Crypto/Web3 understanding and internet culture.
