Senior Manager, Business Analysis - ERP & Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Lead the business analysis and functional delivery of Oracle Fusion implementations
• Own the Finance Systems business analysis practice
• Oversee requirements, process design, fit-gap analysis, solution decisions, data conversion
• Serve as a trusted partner to Finance, Accounting, Technology, and executive stakeholders
• Translate business priorities into scalable system capabilities
• Manage and lead a team of business analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading requirements definition, process design, fit-gap analysis, solution evaluation
• Experience supporting multiple legal entities, currencies, accounting standards, tax jurisdictions
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in business analysis, ERP delivery, finance systems
• Three or more years of experience leading people, workstreams, programs, or a business analysis
• Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field degree or
