Senior Manager, Business Analytics (Sales Operations)

📋 Description

• Lead data-driven transformation for regional Enterprise Business.
• Translate data into executive-level insights and strategic recommendations.
• Build AI-powered self-service analytics and ML-based revenue forecasting.
• Design automated deal desk, pricing policies, and real-time pricing workflows.
• Build data-backed JBPs and digitize the Deal Desk with automated approvals.
• Based onsite at One North, Singapore.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Business Analytics or Sales Ops in Adtech/SaaS (SEA).
• Proficient in Python and SQL for automation and ML.
• Experience with Spark (Scala or PySpark).
• Experience with AI-assisted tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, LLM scripting).
• Experience designing automated cross-functional Deal Desk workflows.
• Experience with statistical A/B testing and pricing policy impact.
