Senior Manager, Business Analytics - Strategic Modeling

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Business Analytics team responsible for long-term revenue
• Establish an integrated modeling framework that connects commercial assumptions, customer demand
• Build and oversee forecasting, scenario, and sensitivity models that evaluate key business drivers
• Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable capacity, hiring, training, and investment
• Establish standards for forecasting methodology, model governance, validation, backtesting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated success developing analytics
• Demonstrated experience building and improving forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic
• Strong SQL proficiency and working knowledge of Python and/or R for analytical modeling
• Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear
