  • Lead agentic automation roadmap for Sales, Channel, Revenue Ops in Salesforce.
  • Evaluate/migrate Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud with Sales Ops, Finance, IT.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to oversee complex programs, platform transformations, and migrations.
  • Manage and develop a team of 10 Business Applications Support professionals.
  • Partner with Sales, Channel, and Revenue Ops leadership to align IT with priorities.
  • Establish governance and runbooks to maintain velocity during critical integrations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10–14 years of experience in Business Applications, CRM Ops, or IT Business Systems.
  • 5+ years leading tech/operations teams.
  • Hands-on Salesforce (Sales Cloud) with CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud migration experience.
  • Experience with Validation Rules, Workflows, Lightning Flows, Process Builders, Security, FLS, Reports.
  • Proven track record owning complex cross-functional programs end-to-end.
  • Experience driving self-service automation or agentic AI initiatives with strong executive communication.
