🎯 Requirements

  • Experience: 4–12 years in Institutional Sales, BD, or RM in FinTech or regulated derivatives; open to mid/senior (Manager to Senior Manager).
  • Domain Knowledge: 2+ years in digital assets; spot/derivatives, custody; RWA familiarity.
  • CFD & Retail Broker Understanding: solid CFD/retail broker understanding; broker-LP relationships; A-book/B-book experience.
  • RWA Familiarity: tokenized real-world assets; hands-on BD/sales in this vertical.
  • Network: existing APAC/EMEA institutional contacts β€” crypto-native funds, asset managers, family offices.
  • Technical Literacy: API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-accounts, and on-chain settlement.
