Senior Manager, Business Development

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop BDRs across inbound and outbound activities, helping the team consistently
• Inspect activity, conversion, pipeline, and forecast signals to identify opportunities, remove
• Design and scale outbound campaigns while improving lead routing, outreach, follow-up
• Build a strong talent pipeline by identifying development opportunities and preparing BDRs for
• Serve as a senior, visible leader in the Austin office by encouraging collaboration, supporting
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Channel teams to improve messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in business development or sales, including at least two years managing
• A track record of leading both inbound and outbound motions, with particular strength in designing
• Experience coaching teams through ambiguity, adapting priorities as needs change, and contributing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust, provide clear
• Working proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, along with the ability
• A practical, team-first leadership approach that prioritizes shared outcomes, collaboration, and
