📋 Description

• Take ownership of Air’s internal operational data ecosystem.
• Lead evolution of database management, analytics infra, and BI platforms.
• Translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives for executives.
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership and drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor analytics workflows.
• Role based at Arlington, HQ with up to 10% travel.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on analytics with enterprise BI platforms (Sigma, PowerBI, Looker).
• Advanced skill deriving KPIs from large, complex datasets.
• Strong SQL proficiency and DB tooling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced tech environment.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
