🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting, program management, or
• Experience within a leading consulting firm or in an internal strategy, transformation, COO Office
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex
• Exceptional executive communication skills, including developing executive-level presentations
