📋 Description

• Operational Ownership: Manage day-to-day execution across functional areas.
• Deal Desk & Pricing: Own pricing and utilization analytics.
• Implementation: Lead client implementation with CS, Ops, Product, Eng.
• Issue Management: Triage and resolve escalations with cross-functional teams.
• People Management: Lead 1-2 direct reports and coaching.
• Process Optimization: Close gaps with processes and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years in business ops, revenue ops, or strategy roles.
• Financial Acumen: Work with financial models, pricing, and P&L analysis.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Lead multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• People Management: Experience managing direct reports.
• Project Management: Strong PM skills for complex implementations.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Proactive, detail-oriented, resilient.
• Communication & Analytics: Clear communication and data-driven insights.
• Autonomy: Independently drive projects from concept to delivery.
