Senior Manager, Capital & Liquidity Management

📋 Description

• Own capital & liquidity across entities; reporting, planning, forecasting, allocation
• Drive capital allocation: return/cost of capital, asset risk, stress tests, funding
• Monitor capital ratios; stay within risk appetite; recalibrate risk limits
• Enhance balance sheet, funding strategy, policies, and risk framework
• Subject-matter expert in Treasury modelling; lead AI-driven capabilities
• Collaborate with FP&A, product, regulatory, legal, and compliance on decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in capital & liquidity management in financial services
• Deep knowledge of capital structure, ALM, asset risk, balance sheet optimization
• Understanding regulatory capital for broker-dealers and capital ratios
• Experience in planning, forecasting, budgeting, allocation, stress testing
• Strong tech interest and creative problem-solving
• Analytical skills with strong attention to detail
