Senior Manager, Card Services, Digital Banking

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the card services function, supporting debit card administration
• Manage inventory controls, dispute processing, and ensure SLAs are met with internal controls
• Serve as operational SME for debit card services; provide guidance and escalation support as needed
• Ensure compliance with Regulation E timeframes and provisional credit requirements
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Fraud, Product, and card processors to ensure regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business/finance or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial institution operations
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership/management experience
• Strong understanding of debit card operations, dispute processing, and card network rules
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
