Senior Manager, Category and Commercial Development

📋 Description

• Develop annual category growth strategies aligned with broader business objectives and market
• Serve as the category expert by leveraging consumer, shopper, retailer, syndicated, and competitive
• Build category visions, narratives, and playbooks that support retail growth and inform
• Lead category reviews and create compelling, insight-led presentations that influence retailer
• Develop customer-specific category recommendations that align with retailer growth objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with Sales teams and retail category managers to support joint business

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Category Management, Category Development, Commercial
• Proven experience developing and executing category growth strategies that improve market share
• Demonstrated ability to use syndicated data sources such as Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, SPINS
• Experience creating customer-facing category stories and retailer presentations that influence
• Strong understanding of category management principles, shopper behavior, consumer insights, and
• Experience partnering cross-functionally on innovation commercialization and portfolio strategy.
