📋 Description

• Lead high-importance, high-urgency strategic projects end-to-end — defining the problem
• Take charge of initiatives that cut across departments, stepping into commercial, product, or
• Conduct opportunity assessments to provide recommendations that support the Founders in identifying
• Depending on scale, run one large project with multiple workstreams or several projects in parallel
• Identify what the company should work on next and make it happen

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in high-velocity environments (top-tier strategy consulting, investment
• Independent and proactive — you identify what needs to happen and move it forward without waiting
• Able to bring the right people in early, build alignment across functions and with senior
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — able to break down ambiguous problems, identify
• Experienced in designing and executing analyses end-to-end, QA'ing your own work rigorously, and
• Structures recommendations with a clear 'so what' — quantifies trade-offs, flags risks, and
