Manage senior client relationships across banking, custody, payments, digital assets.
Primary client contact; represent client interests across Delivery, Solutions, Product.
Engage clients to identify needs, shape service opportunities, and sell Blockstream services.
Drive account planning, pipeline development, and service expansion.
Support pre-sales, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

7-10 years in client/account management, consulting, or service sales in fintech.
Proven success growing enterprise or institutional client accounts.
Strong experience selling and managing professional or platform services.
Trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Experience in regulated environments such as banking, custody, payments.
Languages: Swiss German, German, English; French preferred; Italian a plus.
