Senior Manager, Client Lead

📋 Description

• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of client programs and opportunities.
• Own and manage senior client relationships across enterprise accounts.
• Be the primary client contact across Delivery, Solutions, Product, Eng.
• Engage clients to identify needs and sell services, including implementation.
• Partner with leadership to define scope, value proposition, and expectations.
• Drive account planning, pipeline development, and service expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years in client/account management, consulting, or service sales (fintech/finance)
• Proven success growing enterprise or institutional client accounts
• Strong experience selling and managing professional services or complex tech solutions
• Trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Experience in regulated environments such as banking, custody, payments, or capital markets
• Languages: Swiss German, German, and English; French preferred; Italian a plus
