Senior Manager, Client Lead

📋 Description

• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of client programs; identify opportunities and sell services.
• Own and manage senior client relationships across banking, custody, payments, and digital assets.
• Act as primary client contact, representing interests internally across Delivery, Solutions, Product, and Engineering.
• Engage clients to identify needs, shape service opportunities, and sell Blockstream’s services.
• Partner with Solutions and Delivery leadership to define scope, value proposition, and expectations.
• Drive account planning, pipeline development, and service expansion across assigned clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years in client management, account management, consulting, or service sales in fintech/FS/tech infra.
• Proven success growing enterprise or institutional client accounts.
• Strong experience selling and managing professional services, platform services, or complex tech solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments such as banking, custody, payments, or capital markets.
• Strong commercial acumen including deal structuring, pricing, and contract management.
• Languages: Swiss German, German, and English required; French preferred; Italian a plus.
• Location: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Geneva as primary locations.
