Senior Manager, Client Lead

📋 Description

• Own client programs end-to-end; identify opportunities and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Own senior client relationships across banking, custody, payments, and digital assets.
• Be primary client contact; represent interests internally across Delivery, Solutions, Product, Engineering.
• Engage clients to identify needs and sell services including implementation and support.
• Partner with Solutions and Delivery leadership to define scope, value proposition, and expectations.
• Drive account planning, pipeline development, and service expansion across clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years in client/account management, consulting, or service sales in fintech.
• Proven success growing enterprise or institutional client accounts.
• Strong experience selling and managing professional or platform services.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments such as banking, custody, payments, or capital markets.
• Commercial acumen including deal structuring, pricing, contract management.
