📋 Description

• Lead and transform the operational support function for enterprise clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in client or support operations, service delivery, or similar leadership in fintech
• Experience leading enterprise incident response with RCAs and executive-facing communication.
• Proven track record building scalable teams and managing third-party providers.
• Strong payments operations knowledge (transactions, disputes, AML/KYC, PCI DSS).
• Experience implementing/migrating CCaaS, CRM, telephony, ticketing, or AI-powered support tools.
• Fluent in building reporting frameworks and data-driven operational decisions.
