Senior Manager, Clinical Site Payments, Portfolio Management

📋 Description

• Lead global oversight of investigator grant payments, ensuring accuracy and budgets.
• Manage monthly reconciliations across site payments, vendor disbursements, and records.
• Review vendor payments; investigate discrepancies; drive timely stakeholder resolutions.
• Maintain visibility into payment commitments, accruals, liabilities, and portfolio performance.
• Oversee purchasing lifecycle: requisitions, POs, invoice reviews, approvals.
• Develop financial models for forecasting, cash flow, scenario analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related.
• 7+ years of experience in finance, biotech, pharma, or clinical ops.
• Experience with clinical trial finance, investigator site payments, budgeting.
• Strong understanding of close, accruals, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Expertise building financial models, cash flow forecasts, scenario analyses.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, audit readiness.
• Advanced Excel; experience with SAP, Oracle, Ariba.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
