Senior Manager, CLM Implementation

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end enterprise CLM implementations across platforms such as Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion
• Configure workflows, approval processes, templates, clause libraries, metadata structures, business
• Design and coordinate integrations with Salesforce, ERP platforms, vendor management systems
• Build, manage, or coordinate API-based connectors in collaboration with internal engineering teams
• Lead system and user acceptance testing, migration activities, deployment planning, and production
• Partner with legal, procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years of hands-on experience delivering CLM implementations, preferably within enterprise
• Proven implementation experience with at least one major CLM platform, with Ironclad preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, workflow automation, metadata models, data
• Experience with legacy system migrations, metadata mapping, data validation, and CLM data clean-up.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, enterprise-scale implementations from
• Experience integrating CLM platforms with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
