Senior Manager, Commercial Business Intelligence

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Commercial BI dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional BI initiatives from concept to deployment and adoption.
• Manage BI product backlogs, release plans, and stakeholder requirements.
• Define KPI frameworks and standardized metrics for Commercial reporting.
• Drive adoption via training, documentation, and change management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (econ/math/CS/engineering).
• 7+ years in BI/analytics, data products, or related fields.
• Product owner/manager or BI lead experience.
• Led cross-functional initiatives and influenced stakeholders.
• Strong SQL and Power BI or similar enterprise BI platforms.
• Pharma/healthcare or regulated industries experience preferred.
