  • Proven track record scaling teams and targets
  • Experience improving sales efficiency and KPI design
  • Motivated self-starter who drives initiatives to completion
  • Experience operating in hyper-growth go-to-market environments
  • Able to commute to a central London office and work in-person 3 days a week
