Senior Manager, Commercial Solutions Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the ASE bootcamp, keeping the curriculum aligned
• Maintain clear milestones, assessments, and graduation criteria while using participant feedback
• Ensure consistent, scalable program operations and introduce new content and learning experiences
• Coach and develop Associate Solutions Engineers through classroom training, labs, and simulated
• Build foundational SE excellence through technical credibility, value-based demonstrations
• Provide timely, actionable feedback and individualized development plans to support successful

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience or a combination of Solutions Engineering management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Ability to work in office
• Proven background as an individual contributor Solutions Engineer with a track record of success in
• Demonstrated experience delivering technical sales training, bootcamps, or structured mentorship
• A strong passion for developing early-in-career talent, with a proven ability to provide
