📋 Description

• Own Handshake’s corporate communications strategy and external narrative.
• Build and manage press relationships in workforce/AI industries.
• Proactively pitch stories and thought leadership to boost brand.
• Partner with CEO on executive narratives and talking points.
• Guide social voice and brand alignment across channels.
• Prepare executives for high-visibility media engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years corporate communications or related.
• Strong executive communications with founders/CEOs.
• Proven ability to secure earned media across business/tech/AI.
• Excellent writing and messaging; translate complex topics.
• Operate strategically and hands-on from strategy to drafts.
• Experience managing external agencies or consultants.
