📋 Description

• Have broad ownership over our policies affecting trust in Airbnb, especially in the
• Lead policy development and draft clear and scalable policy frameworks that keep pace with company
• Foster, build, and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across the business
• Guide policy operationalization efforts in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactively use data, research, and community insights to evaluate existing policies, identify
• Serve as subject matter expert to provide sound policy guidance for time-sensitive escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in a Policy, Legal, or Trust and Safety role
• Prior policy leadership addressing discrimination and safety issues in a complex international
• Thoughtful business judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to work well under pressure
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, research, and analysis
• Strong attention to detail
