Serve as MLRO (SMF17) for the UK entity.
Oversee second-line UK financial crimes program (AML, sanctions, SARs).
Manage suspicious activity escalation and reporting governance.
Design and maintain the UK AML/financial crimes framework aligned to FCA UK expectations.
Lead the Financial Crime Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP).
Lead BWRA and control inventory; document results and governance priorities.

🎯 Requirements

Deep knowledge of FCA and UK financial crime regulations.
Experience as MLRO or senior compliance leader.
Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
Proven track record delivering compliant programs.
Ability to coordinate regulator interactions, audits and responses.
