📋 Description

• Lead global construction projects including Service Centers, EV charging facilities, offices, and
• Oversee multi-year CapEx budget forecasting, cost optimization, and value engineering to reduce
• Mentor and align a global team of regional construction executives and project managers under a
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure investments align with portfolio
• Enforce global design/construction playbooks, risk management, and quality standards across markets.
• Drive end-to-end processes from site search through deal execution to first day of business

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive real estate development or construction experience, including 5+ years in
• Proven track record delivering large-scale capital projects (>$20M) with cross-functional teams.
• Deep expertise across the construction lifecycle: site selection, zoning/entitlements, permitting
• Extensive experience negotiating high-stakes construction contracts (GMP, Design-Build, lump sum)
• Strong financial acumen: cost estimation, riskForecasting, budget variance, translating data into
• Experience leading teams (5+ FTEs) and driving strategic, fast-paced delivery with clear vision and
