Senior Manager, Consulting (SaaS)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of consultants in a SaaS Professional Services setting.
• Establish consulting standards and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Drive delivery quality, customer value, and cross-product expertise across the team.
• Coach consultants to communicate business value and ROI to clients as strategic advisors.
• Partner with clients to align deliverables with objectives and reduce scope creep.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services/consulting or related field (SaaS/enterprise software preferred).
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience defining/implementing consulting methodologies with best practices and operational
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills; able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
