📋 Description

• Lead strategy, delivery, and governance of operational tools supporting Sales, Care, and CS.
• Own Order Flow Operations governance and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Lead War Room to remove barriers to orders from submission to install.
• Drive improvements to order quality, fulfillment speed, and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 7–10 years leading Sales, Tech, Ops, or Customer Ops.
• Experience leading business technology initiatives and operational transformation programs.
• Experience gathering requirements and partnering with IT; UAT and deployments.
• Strong knowledge of operational workflows and order management systems.
• Advanced skills with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Excel.
