📋 Description

• Own long-term (3Y) and mid-term (6M) strategy for the content feed.
• Scale supply of high-quality, trend-based visuals via creator partnerships.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Product to refine ranking and discovery.
• Deeply understand user cohorts across India to personalize feeds.
• Bridge Content Creators, Category Marketing, Product, DS, and Seller teams.
• Drive engagement and content-to-commerce conversion via the feed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5–8 years in product-led growth or discovery platforms.
• Experience with Pinterest India team or visual-first platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; able to solve complex discovery problems.
• Execution-focused with speed and multitasking in a fast-paced env.
• Passion for Problem First Solving and 0-to-1 scalable models.
