Senior Manager, Content Operations & QC, LATAM

📋 Description

• Regional Release Readiness: Own the LATAM content-readiness view across simulcasts, dub drops
• Sub & Dub Operations: Coordinate with Global Programming, Content Operations, and
• Quality Control: Establish and maintain a rigorous regional QC process covering subtitle/dub
• Launch Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor priority launches, rapidly triage content issues
• Schedule & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate operational data across systems such as Airtable
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with Curation, Lifecycle, Brand, Partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content operations, media supply chain, streaming operations
• Strong understanding of episodic release workflows, subtitles, dubbing, metadata, asset delivery
• Experience operating across multiple markets and languages, ideally including Spanish LATAM and
• Strong program-management skills with the ability to manage high-volume release calendars
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong quality mindset, paired with the judgment to distinguish
• Experience with operational tools such as Airtable, Jira, CMS/content scheduling systems
