📋 Description

• Lead and scale global teams overseeing Contingent Workforce Management and Corporate Travel &amp
• Define and execute strategic roadmaps to modernize policies, systems, and governance across global
• Partner with business leaders to align external talent strategies with organizational priorities
• Direct vendor ecosystems and supplier partnerships to drive quality, fulfillment velocity, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing contingent workforce programs, preferably in a Hi-Tech
• 7+ years of experience leading teams, with a strong ability to develop and mentor direct reports.
• Expertise in contingent workforce strategy, operations, and compliance, including worker
• Proven experience in managing an MSP, business partnerships, vendor management, and optimizing
• Extensive experience with VMS platforms (e.g., VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass) and an understanding of
• Strong operational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
