• 8+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, digital experimentation
• Advanced expertise in experimentation methodology, including hypothesis development, statistical
• Deep experience with experimentation, digital analytics, behavioral analytics, and website
• Proven experience combining quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to identify
• Demonstrated experience developing conversion strategy across multiple acquisition channels
• Experience influencing Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and senior
