Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting

📋 Description

• Own monthly and quarterly close end-to-end with calendar, reconciliations, and tie-outs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to scale with the business.
• Streamline close by standardizing reconciliations and review procedures.
• Own cash, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, leases, and intangibles.
• Maintain GL integrity and US GAAP compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls aligned with SOX for public company readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years accounting exp., incl. Big 4 and corporate GL at fast-growth tech/consumer co.
• Owned monthly/quarterly close including calendar, reconciliations, and tie-outs.
• People leadership experience; building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; SOX-aware/public company readiness.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• NetSuite ERP experience; large data sets; automation/AI in accounting is a plus.
