📋 Description

• Lead core accounting operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, General
• Safeguard financial health and integrity by monitoring key financial metrics, identifying emerging
• Lead and develop the accounting operations team, providing coaching, mentorship, and clear
• Strengthen AP, AR, and procurement processes as the organization grows, balancing strong financial
• Drive process improvement and automation, identifying opportunities to streamline accounting
• Partner across Finance and the broader organization, working closely with the Controller, Senior

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or a related function, including prior
• Demonstrated leadership of expense operations and procurement, with strong practical understanding
• Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of building accountable, high-performing
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with internal business
• Experience building and scaling processes in a growing organization, with a strong appetite for
• Continuous improvement mindset, with demonstrated success identifying efficiencies, streamlining
