Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

📋 Description

• Own annual plan and forecast cadence for P&L and cash flow.
• Build scenario and sensitivity models to inform leadership decisions.
• Oversee CFO review package, variance analysis, and analytics; support Board materials.
• Turn data into actionable insights via dashboards and ad hoc analyses.
• Oversee Pigment systems; drive AI-enabled automation across FP&A.
• Support IPO-readiness work with Legal, Accounting, IR, and CFO office.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6–9+ years FP&A or corporate finance; SaaS/cybersec exp; manages/direct reports.
• Proven track record improving forecast accuracy with driver-based models.
• Analytical; strong FP&A systems experience (Pigment, Snowflake).
• Strong grasp of the three financial statements and SaaS metrics (ARR).
• Public-company readiness experience (SOX, audit committee materials).
