🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in physical security program management, executive protection, and protective
• Experience building scalable security programs for large facilities and events.
• Strong leadership of blended teams (employees, contractors, vendors) and budget ownership.
• Proven ability to operate between strategic planning and hands-on execution; travel up to 40% may
