📋 Description

• Translate audience insights, marketing briefs, and performance data into multiple distinctive paid
• Own creative development from concept and storyboarding through art direction, production, editing
• Direct live-action shoots, creator content, user-generated content (UGC), and AI-assisted

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional creative experience, including required experience at a creative, digital
• Proven experience personally developing and executing paid social advertising campaigns that drive
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original concepts, hands-on creative execution, art direction
• Advanced proficiency in creative production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
• Experience directing or producing live-action video, creator content, user-generated content (UGC)
• Experience analyzing paid social performance metrics and developing creative testing strategies
