Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce

📋 Description

• Own the creator strategy across two women's health brands, balancing an established seeding program
• Define measurable targets across creator outreach, response rates, approvals, content delivery
• Build creator-driven demand that contributes to branded search, Amazon and Shopify sales, paid
• Identify and develop the right mix of healthcare professionals, micro-creators, mid-sized creators
• Monitor competitor activity, creator pricing, platform developments, and emerging social commerce
• Develop and deploy AI-powered workflows for creator qualification, personalized outreach, content

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator affiliate marketing
• Hands-on experience operating a TikTok Shop or comparable creator affiliate program, with
• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce environments, ideally within health and
• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring team members and improving their performance and
• Experience managing external agencies, consultants, or vendors, including setting expectations
• Strong experience structuring and negotiating both flat-fee and performance-based creator
