Senior Manager, Credit & Collections

📋 Description

• Global collections across UK, EMEA & RoW; lead multi-layered teams
• Build scalable Prague-based collections capability; set targets; coach leads
• Oversee end-to-end collections; ensure process controls and ledger accuracy
• Define KPIs (DSO, collections rate, bad debt) and forecast cash flow
• Stakeholder management with Sales, Finance; provide payment and credit risk insights
• Governance and compliance: ensure policy adherence and audit readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Senior leadership in collections with multi-regional teams
• Proven DSO improvement and bad debt reduction
• Strong leadership, people mgmt and stakeholder influence
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems: SAP, Netsuite, Salesforce
• Experience in Shared Services or centralized model
• Desirable: CICM or related qualification; automation/analytics tooling
