📋 Description

• Oversee Europe curation strategy and execution across surfaces.
• Align regional and global priorities at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in content curation, merchandising, or editorial strategy in streaming.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of streaming platforms and European video models.
• Experience optimizing retention and discovery on digital platforms.
• Experience translating data into actionable content decisions.
• Strong editorial judgement and digital merchandising principles.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems.
• Demonstrated cross-department collaboration across regions/time zones.
