📋 Description

  • Partner with executives to translate priorities into enablement initiatives.

  • Develop enablement roadmaps aligned with objectives and priorities.
  • Own end-to-end enablement programs from planning to reinforcement.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led, self-paced, and live training.
  • Measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-7+ years in Enablement, Operations, and Strategy or similar.
  • Experience building training programs for sales organizations.
  • Experience with LMS and sales tools.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management; excellent communication.
  • Change management experience and cross-functional leadership.
