• Build a scalable advocacy program and storytelling engine that turns satisfied customers into
• Own Airwallex’s presence, performance, and rankings across G2, Trustpilot, Gartner Peer Insights
• Manage the Customer Advisory Board for strategic customers.
• Launch and own the Americas customer newsletter.
• Define and report on metrics including review performance, advocacy-influenced pipeline, reference

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech customer marketing, Product Marketing, partner
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling customer advocacy, customer reference, review, or
• Proven track record of running scaled G2 or other peer-review acquisition programs.
• Experience creating or managing customer-facing assets such as case studies, testimonials, customer
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect customer marketing initiatives to commercial outcomes.
